Terms and Conditions of End of Rust GmbH | As of April 2025

  1. End of Rust GmbH is not liable for any consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use of the product.
  2. The delivered goods remain the property of End of Rust GmbH until full payment has been made.
  3. In case of cancellation, the buyer shall bear the return shipping costs as well as the fees and expenses for the refund of the purchase price.
  4. In the event of cancellation, the buyer is responsible for proper shipping, with the requirement to package the ordered goods in such a way that they are delivered to End of Rust GmbH undamaged and in a saleable condition. If the goods are damaged, End of Rust GmbH reserves the right to either refuse acceptance or to refund only 50% of the purchase price.
  5. Already opened cans of End of Rust® cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  6. The buyer accepts the carrier suggested by End of Rust GmbH when placing the order.
  7. In the event of refusal of acceptance, non-delivery, or non-collection of a deposited order, the buyer will be responsible for any costs and/or return shipping fees incurred by the parcel service. A redelivery may incur additional delivery fees, which must be borne by the buyer. These delivery fees must be paid in advance. The new shipment will be made after receipt of payment.
  8. When making a binding purchase, the buyer is aware of the current terms and conditions and accepts them.
  9. L’acheteur est informé qu’il peut être amené à s’acquitter de droits d’importation pour les livraisons vers des pays hors UE. Ces droits de douane ne sont pas inclus dans le montant de la facture et doivent être payés séparément par l’acheteur dans le pays concerné.
  10. The buyer is informed that import duties may be payable for deliveries to countries outside the EU. These customs duties are not included in the invoice amount and must be paid separately by the buyer in the respective country.
  11. The buyer is aware of the current data protection declaration and accepts its contents in full.
  12. The buyer is aware of the current safety data sheet.
  13. Only the German version of the General Terms and Conditions and Payment Conditions applies.
